Many people do not realise the potential of an older apartment because revamping something so passe seems very difficult, expensive, and even pointless. Yet, we took on the challenge of refurbishing this old, once-boring three-roomer flat, and turned into a dazzling, cutting edge space.

The minute you step in, you will be blowed over by the winsome settings, lush furniture and elegant accessories. Unlike most apartments where the living room is boxed in, the designer freed the area somewhat by breaking down the walls of the study and guestroom.
This allows the living area to flow into the guest bedroom, creating extra entertainment space when required. Sliding glass doors and white roller blinds ensure greater privacy in the living room, which can double up as a home theatre that seats ten comfortably.
A large L-shaped cream sofa with black and tofee Fendi Casa cushions creates an inviting spot, while the opposite wall function as a screen for movies that roll from a suspended multi-media projector.
Oakwood flooring complements the mature, sophisticated style while sensor floor lights run along main corridors to minimise falls or midnight accidents.
Walk into the master bedroom and you'd be clamed by its sense of peace. The classy oakwood bed head and the large and inviting bed complement the white washed walls. Created purely as a chill-out space, this room is uncluttered to ensure a spacious feel and a good night's rest.
